Can you get high from sniffing propoxyphene ? It's a narcotic perscription drug I was perscribed for pain, but i'm worried that i might need to hide them so that no one in my house hold try to use them to get high. What would happen if some one were to sniff them? how would i know that they have done this, what are the signs symptoms? And is this deadly? Thanks for all your answers in advance. I just dont want anyone to get hurt, and if some one is hurting themselve, i would like to know so i can stop them. Thanks

I have no idea how it would behave differently if insufflated. Often it comes in tablets with acetaminophen, which is toxic to the liver at doses not much higher than the typical therapeutic dose. As with any medication, there is a threshold beyond which it becomes an overdose, and thus deadly. I have heard of deaths caused by propoxyphene overdose, so it does happen. Can you get high off of Propoxyphene 5114V? I know it is a pain pill i have not heard of it before and i need to know whether it is safe to take and what are the effects?

Tyler K replied: "Propoxyphene is a mild narcotic pain reliever, and a schedule IV controlled substance (CIV). Acetaminophen (Apap) is the drug name for Tylenol. Just like Vicodin, Your body could get a numbing almost jelly-like feeling and the mental buzz it gives is like pot without acting weird or thinking differently, just the relaxing aspect. This pill contains 650mg of Acetominophen Which is extremely dangerous if you take 3000mg or above, some say 4000mg."

can u get high off of Acetaminophen-propoxyphene napsylate? just wanted to know, cause my friend is about to buy some, and i don't want him to get some weird type of pill and die

Since it is weaker, it takes a large dose (higher than therapeutic) to experience a high for recreational use. However, acetominophen that is also present in the drug, when taken in high amounts, can cause potent liver damage. Not a good idea for getting high."

What are the effects of combining propoxyphene and Hydrocodone? Does it help alleviate the pain a little more or does it just make you get high? Can these be take with clonazepam?

Nate A replied: "I wouldn't take them together. They are both narcotics but have two different chemical makeups. I doubt major issues would arise but if you aren't use to taking pain medicine you are probably going to get really sick"

If I take a propoxyphene - N pill, will I start tripping out and die? Or will I just get a weaker hydroxycodone(lortab) high and be fine?

if i already have a high tolerance to hydrocodone, will i also have a tolerance to other narcotics? i have never taken propoxyphene before but, if i do, will i need a lot of it because of my previous tolerance??

propoxyphene like hydrocodone or oxycodone? Can they get you high and produce the same euphoria as hydro and oxy? Bc my sister used to be addicted to hydro, and i found some stuff in her room that says propoxy/naps. i looked it up, and it says its a mild pain killer? does it still get you high though?

opio-coca replied: "dont do it. propoxyphene is the weakest opiate out there. even weaker than codeine. most of what you see in that pill is all tylenol and fillers which will certainly hurt your nose and plug it up for a weak. there will be so much residue that the propoxyphene in the drug wont even absorb in the nasal membrane. and even if it does its gonna be a very weak high. i say take a few of them oraly but check how much tylenol there is and do NOT go over 2000mg of tylenol any more will cause serious liver damage"

aceatminophen 650mg with propoxyphene 100mg? a hot pink pill with 86 on one side and 890 on the other.... will it get me high, if so how many would I need to take to feel something
